How it differs from consulting
Consulting brings an answer: here is what to do, and how. Coaching works on the person deciding: what they postpone, what they dare not charge for, what they cannot sustain over time.
The two go together, and many directors need both: the plan on one side, the regularity on the other.
Two formats
- Individual sessions
- A regular one-to-one meeting. We work on your subjects, with commitments made from one session to the next.
- Group sessions
- A small group of directors moving forward in parallel. Each presents, the others question: what you would not admit alone gets said there.
From lead to sale
This is where most projects stop. Not for lack of an idea: for lack of clients. We work the whole chain, step by step.
- Generate
- Bring in contacts: where they are, what makes them react, what you offer to start the conversation.
- Handle
- Do not let a contact go cold. Who answers, how fast, with what, and where it is recorded.
- Qualify
- Tell apart the one who will buy from the one who is browsing. Saying no early saves more time than anything else.
- Sell
- State a price without apologising, answer an objection, close, and follow up when following up is due.
