EF2C Campus Innovation

Entrepreneurship

Everything the campus brings to an entrepreneur, or to someone about to become one: framing the project, acquiring what is missing, showing up online, finding clients. The practical services come with it.

People gathered around working documents spread on a low table.

The starting point

Nobody arrives at the same place. Some have an idea and no structure. Others hold a salaried job and want to switch sides. Others have already registered a company and are finding that the hard part starts after registration.

What we bring does not change in nature. What changes is the order of the steps.

What we bring

  1. Framing the project

Who it is for, what it solves, what it is worth, where to start. A framed project can be sold; a vague one can only be described.

  2. Acquiring what is missing

Missing skills are learned, through training, with EF2C Academy as our training partner. Training is a step in the project, not a side activity.

  3. Showing up online

Digital identity: website, social media, tools. And when the project is a product or a digital service, support goes as far as the MVP, the first version you can show and sell.

  4. Finding clients

Generate leads, handle them, qualify them, sell. This is where most projects stop, and where we spend the most time.

  5. Keeping going

Individual or group coaching: what gets done every week, what gets delegated, what gets dropped. Projects rarely die of a bad decision; they die of an abandoned rhythm.

Changing careers, in practice

Moving from employment to your own activity is prepared while you are still employed. The questions are always the same: where to start, when to switch, how to pay yourself, which skills to acquire first.

We put those questions in order and work through them one at a time, rather than leaving them all open at once.

The services that come with it

A supported project also needs practical things. They are taken separately, as needed.

Business address
A commercial address in Rabat for your company, with the contract and mail handling. Details below.
A workspace
Open space desk, private office, a room to receive clients. By the day, by the pass or by the month.
Rooms for your meetings
Receiving a client somewhere other than a café changes the conversation. Rooms are rented by the hour or half day.

Company domiciliation, in practice

Domiciliation gives your company a commercial address that is not your home. That address appears in your articles of association, on your invoices and in the trade register.

In Morocco, domiciliation is regulated: it requires a written contract between the domiciliation provider and the company, a register, and the keeping of documents. We apply that framework, and we explain what it means before you sign.

  • A commercial address in Rabat, avenue Tadla, usable for your registration.
  • Reception of your mail and its handover.
  • A domiciliation contract compliant with Moroccan regulations.
  • The option to receive your meetings on site, in a meeting room.

After incorporation

A registered company is not a running company. The first months raise concrete questions: what to invoice, how, how often to follow up, which obligations to meet.

That is where the Consulting and Coaching sides take over, continuing what was framed at the start.
