Creating

We go through those decisions with you, in order, explaining what each implies, then we support you through the formalities.
Structuring
A growing company runs into its own vagueness: who decides what, how invoicing works, what gets tracked and what slips. Structuring means setting those rules before they become problems.
- Internal organisation and who does what.
- The sales process, from first contact to payment.
- Tracking: what you actually measure, and how often.
- Obligations to meet, and the calendar that goes with them.
Digital presence and digital identity
Structuring a business almost always ends in a digital question: what the website must say, which tools hold the follow-up, and where to start without buying everything.
It is a subject in its own right, with its own method and pace: it has its own page.
How we work
We start with a diagnosis: your situation, your deadlines, what is blocking you today. From that we draw a work plan with identified deliverables: not a report, but decisions made and things put in place.
When the question becomes technical
