Every price we charge, on one page. In dirhams, before and after tax, with what is included and what is not.
How to read this page
The prices below are the ones we charge. You do not have to ask for a quotation to learn what a desk day, a room or a business address costs: it is written down.
What stays on quotation is marked as such, for one reason only: custom development and long training programmes depend on what you want to build. In those cases the scoping comes before the figure, and it is invoiced then credited back if the project goes ahead.
- Before and after tax
- Both columns are shown. For vocational training, the VAT treatment is stated on your quotation.
- The member rate
- A 25 % discount on rooms, open to any monthly member, resident, or company on the full business-address plan.
- Commitment discounts
- Paying up front lowers the price: 5 % over three months, 10 % over six, 15 % over twelve. They apply to memberships and offices.
- What is never included
- Official company-registration fees, and travel for on-site work abroad. You are told about them before we start, never after.

Commitment discounts: 3 months paid up front −5 %, 6 months −10 %, 12 months −15 %. Referral: one month free for both parties, from the referred member’s second paid month.

A company paying the vocational training levy can recover up to 70 % of the cost through the national training office’s special training contracts. Reimbursement depends on your file and on the office.

No project ships without a maintenance contract: it is what keeps the site or tool updated, backed up and monitored after launch.
